I have a heavy pain in my mouth

I think my wisdom tooth is coming in my upper side of tooth and one hole is create after the end of the teeth and I have a heavy pain before 5 days and everyday in evening fever is coming approx at 7pm but I don't know if wisdom tooth is coming hole is created please tell me doctor it is a wisdom tooth problem symptoms or something else please don't charge me for fee please give me a free advice.I'll be very thankful to you please tell me what is the actual problem.

In ur age it can easily related to wisdom tooth If tooth coming out in Normal direction n there is no infection than normally it won’t cause that much pain. In ur condition pain can be associated with surrounding infection,swollen gums or tooth coming in abnormal direction causing pain in nearby teeth also. Visit nearby dentist so he can take X-ray n diagnose u properly
