I have a cyst of 10cm*9.2cm

It's only been three month's of my marriage and for the first time i got the information there is a cyst in my right ovary of 10.4*12.4*9.5cm volume 647.0 ml with tiny soft tissue nodule size 6*7 mm without any internal vascularity now i want to know can i have baby with that cyst or it's not possible to have baby
