I have 2-3 red areas on my body

Asked for Female, 18 Years

They are small, scratchy, and they won't heal or haven't so far. Im not sure if I just keep scratching them or why they won't heal. I will admit I do scratch them often but that's because I check to see if they're still there. I've always had a fear of getting psoriasis but I don't think they are but at the same time indont know.
