A skin problem that won't heal

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Something rather disgusting is on my body. It's on my chest, just below the collar bone. It's a bump of skin. When I push on it it squirts something like white pus, and it smells like semen. Today I pushed it so hard that a couple hairs came out which I plucked out. This has been the same for months now. That particular spot won't heal and squirts that fluid.
