There are many reasons for tooth pain. It is better to video consult on practo or visit dentist. Meanwhile start lukewarm salt water rinse thrice daily. A medicated mouthwash rinse twice daily.

Hello, First of all feel relaxed and calm down, deep breathe. As when we are stressed blood flow increases which itself carries prostaglandins, that causes pain. Secondly There are a lot of reasons for a tooth ache. we need to see it first. i would advice you to visit a dentist nearby immediately.

First of all home remedies don't work for dental problems or pain..please stop taking hot liquids ( avoid hot fermentation). It will increase the pain. There may be badly damaged tooth or a gingival abscess.. do salt water gargling thrice daily thoroughly and maintain oral hygiene brushing twice daily. If pain is unbearable please take Tab.keterol-Dt  two tablets at first time and later one each thrice daily for not more than three days..
