Hi
Have milk, dry fruits and nuts daily. You can't have breakfast at 6 am but at least have a glass of milk or even you can have banana shake. Then have a proper breakfast when you get home.
Increase your protein consumption. Also increase your carbohydrate consumption.
Use bigger plates to eat and eat frequently.
