Ear burning sensation which is coming from first molar, which lose of enamel 1 mm.when I press teeth in ground area I fell some ear pain relief..in x-ray it no cavity, only enamel lose.. what should I do it's ? May it's cracked teeth which is not visible..pain..

How do you know that it is from your first molar?
It maybe this or some other tooth also.
Firstly get a filling done in the tooth with enamel loss.
If your ear pain doesn't reduce go for a proper checkup with the xray
