I am having a sharp stinging sensation on my molar teeth while eating any food item. This is only on my second molar teeth on the left side. Kindly help me understand the reasons behind this.

Pain may be due to tooth decay of upper second molar teeth..First and foremost x_Ray (IOPA)has to be taken to check to extension of caries..If it reaches pulp or very close o pulp then you need to go for root canal treatment of that concerned teeth
