I got my blood test done and here's my report. My hemo is high and vitamin D low. Also in November 2025 my hba1c was 5.8 and in my latest report it is 5.3
Please suggest what steps to take

Your vitamin D levels are slightly deranged. Which is quite common in indian population.
Improve your diet like vitamin d enriched fortified milk, egg yolk.
You should take Vitamin D3 60K sachet once weekly for 6 weeks.
Also haemoglobin levels are raised. Which is also vuasing your hematocrit to rise. If its symptomatic for example problems like itching, dizziness. Blood donation once in a while can help.
