We plan daily diets of our clients according to their food habits, lifestyle, blood group and medical history so that they can lose at least 3-4 kgs a month. We work on principle that “Let your food to be your Medicine”. No supplements or medicines are given for weight loss. You need high fibre, low fat and carbohydrate and high protein diet essentially for weight loss. Never skip your breakfast, as it’s the most important part of your diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours and regular exercise. Drink plenty of water (3-4 litres) daily. Include protein rich foods in your diet like milk, yogurt, cheese, soybean, broccoli, sprouts and other dairy products (Vegetarian) and egg, chicken, fish (non-vegetarian). Increase the consumption of fruits, vegetables and salad in your diet as it contains fibres and vitamins.
