I feel i have an anxiety disorder
I always have a racing heartbeat. I can feel my heart thumping very fast. Also I become very nervous in social gatherings. When I have to give a presentation in office, my anxiety crops in and it's difficult for me to even speak up. I always want to be in my comfort zone.
