Hello, the most probable cause of fatigue, dizziness is anemia or disturbed thyroid profile, I would like to know if you have gone through it or not? , also would like to know whether associated with weight loss or gain?,and for cough and runny nose I would like to know whether it's dry cough or with sputum and are you having any kind of allergies?
Next Steps
if you feel the fatigue, dizziness continues - - Get the thyroid profile done once, and - a cbc with peripheral smear too
Health Tips
If having allergy from dust and pollens, avoid contact with it to get relief in runny nose and dry cough, you might also have to take antihistamines for allergy
