I dont know whom to cunsult
I lost 7 kg weight in almost 20 days . I always feel very mild pain or discomfort in left upper abdomen under my ribs and back ...Shortness of breath...Weakness...Voice hoarseness. On escitalopram 5 mg from one week.i feel very fatigue... Tired... My bp fluctuates a lot like 90/50  to 160/100 pulse is either 55or 110 so now on ciplar 5 too.  No stone in kidney , got it checked. My neighbor is a doctor and she told me I might have cancer...Should I get myself checked? Also my lymphocytes have never been in range...Always been  slightly high. Attaching reports. Please reply.
