I dont know im feeling worthless
I'm 20 years old....I'm staying in a single room at hostel,from past few days everyday morning I'm getting ready to go to college but I'm not going or sometimes I don't wanna get up from d bed ....I'm not happy I don't know why I'm still living..everyday all the crazy questions r getting into my mind I can't sleep ...I'll sleep at 3 and wake up at 7 from 3days I'm sleeping excessively and my eyes r burning a lot and headache at back of the head

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately
