For the past months I found everything and everyone to be tiring. I would often find myself thinking about how everyone's lives would be better without me, I started to care less about myself. It came to a point that I inflicted injury to myself and it felt right like I was doing the world a favor. There are also times that I can't take hold of my emotions some of which lead to most of my breakdowns, where some of the reasons are irrational. One thing lead to another and it became a routine.
