I am suffering from IBS
It has been 10 yrs now I am suffering with IBS. Recently it has become acute and I become tired very soon, get terrible spasms and pain in limbs and feel exhausted all day long. I have to go to loo for atleast 5-7 times a day. I am getting skinny and losing weight. I don't feel any food tasty and have lost appetite. I am scared to eat because immediately after food I feel the urge to go to loo. I have tried allopathy homoeopathy and Ayurveda but the ailment still persist. Can someone help.

Hello there..... Avoid problem foods. If certain foods make your signs and symptoms worse, don't eat them. These may include alcohol, chocolate, caffeinated beverages such as coffee and sodas, medications that contain caffeine, dairy products..... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function......
