I am having chronic cough

Asked for Male, 72 Years

I am having chronic cough since two months. Due to continuous coughing both side ribcage pains. Post nasal drops not stopped. It is triggering cough even nights resulting in poor sleep.antibiotics and painkillers taken from my family dr. No complete relief. Blood test report normal. Chest x-ray normal. pl help.
