I am getting burning senstation below
I went to gastro entrology hospital yesterday..in endoscopy examination small ulcer observed..and same time SGPT levels were 49, normal value is 40 and SGOT and remaing results are ok. In ultra scan every thing is normal but they mentioned lover in filtration.
But doctor didn't sugest any medication for for that. So exercise and he have 2months course for ulcer.
Is it is severe condition.?
I asked to doctor..But he said to excersice no problem..and avoid oily foods, nonveg.
Give me sugestion for me...can I consult any other opinion.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern. .yes, what he said is correct.
You just need to follow his advise.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Have 5 smaller meals rather than 3 huge meals.
Avoid tea/coffee/carbonated drinks.
Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
Have a high fiber diet.
And avoid eating meat.
