Yes, you can take it. Take 2 tabs in the morning on an empty stomach. Make one hour Gap between homoeopathic medicine and allopathic medicine.

You can’t take same medicine with different potency. Better to take guidelines from your physician . Don’t take self medication

Hai, If your practitioner is suggesting thyroidinum 3x, you may start it, otherwise its not at all a wise decision to start Thyroidinum 3x esp if you are taking Thyroidinum 200. Just rule out hypercholestremia also as you have shoulder pain and chest pain. If new symptoms are raising and TSH is not coming to normal then it means its time to change medicines.

You can easily take an online consultation now or book video consultation for further treatment guidance.

Hi Since you are already on Eltroxin 75 mcg and still have a TSH of 14, along with persistent cervical spondylitis, left shoulder pain, and intermittent chest discomfort, the first priority is proper assessment rather than immediately adding Thyroidinum 3X. In hypothyroidism, symptoms like muscle stiffness, nerve compression, shoulder/neck pain, and chest heaviness can worsen when the thyroid levels are not well-regulated. At the same time, your cervical spine symptoms may be contributing to nerve-related pain radiating to the shoulder and chest, which needs to be differentiated carefully. Regarding Thyroidinum 3X: Yes, it is often helpful in cases of sluggish thyroid function, but it should not be started blindly or mixed with multiple high-potency remedies unless your overall case is understood clearly. You have already taken Thyroidinum 200 and Calcarea Carb 200 recently adding a low potency now without proper case-review may create confusion in remedy response. Before adjusting remedies, I need a few clarifications: Is your chest pain muscular, nerve-related, or associated with exertion? Is the shoulder pain radiating down the arm or associated with numbness/tingling? Any acidity or reflux (which can mimic chest pain)? Is sleep affected? How long after starting Eltroxin did your symptoms worsen/improve? Any anxiety or overstrain due to your medical profession/workload? Homeopathy works extremely well for: Hypothyroidism with persistently high TSH Cervical spondylitis Shoulder radiating pain Stress-related symptoms Muscular and nerve compression pain but the remedy must be selected constitutionally, not based only on TSH numbers. If you would like, you can share your symptoms in detail or book an online/offline consult. I practice in Bangalore and regularly see similar thyroid + cervical cases. Once I understand your total symptom picture, I can guide you on whether Thyroidinum 3X is suitable for you and what else is required to bring your TSH and pain under control. You can recover fully with the right combined management and I’ll be happy to help you with that. Regards Dr Jyoti kadkol Health Global Homoeopathy, Vijayanagar, Bangalore www.healthglobalclinics.com
