I have been taking thyronorm 50 MCG since couple of years. In Jan 2026 my TSH one day came out to be 14.657 and the next day 25, t3/t4 were normal. My dosage was changed to eltroxin 75mcg, been taking it since 28 Jan 2026 and just in 52 days my reports came out to be normal with
T3, Total 1.13 ng/mL
T4, Total 12.0 µg/dl
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone - Ultra Sensitive 0.643 uIU/ml
I read somewhere about thyroidinum 3x , can it be recommended

Just check once if it is autoimmune hashimotos thyroiditis . If your anti TPO are high then there are chances that it is autoimmune hypothyroidism and for that you have to take constitutional homeopathic medicine thyroidinum 3x will not help in such cases.

I could understand your concern. As in allopathic system, we cant normalise thyroid levels by using Thyroidinum 3 x. Its like a supplement only.
To normalise your thyroid hormones, constitutional medicines have to be prescribed ( prescribed on the basis of your mind, body etc...). For such prescription, detailed case taking is necessary.
After starting homoeopathic medicines, we can gradually tapper Thyronorm/ eltroxin and you could lead a normal life.
