HYPOTHYROIDISM
I am a patient of Hypothyroidism since 5 years on Thyronorm 125mg . I recovered from covid after 3 weeks . I have been irregular on my thyroid medicine since few weeks. Now my TSH is 29 . Doc advised me to take 150mg for 4 weeks and then test again. But since yesterday I have a pain little pain in swallowing . My 99 fever continued for 3 weeks in covid . Can this be thyroiditis ? Should I go for further tests ?please suggest me plan of care.

This could be secondary bacterial infection, very common after recovering from Covid. Although physical examination required to confirm. Thyroiditis is unlikely
