If you're experiencing swelling and discomfort in your upper thighs, it's possible that this is related to the hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism can lead to fluid retention, which may cause swelling in various parts of the body, including the legs and thighs. I recommend dietary and lifestyle changes including fluid intake to help manage the symptoms of hypothyroidism.
