My mother aged 86 yrs old is put on tab Telma 40 BD and Tab minipressXL 5 mgm BD as well as Tab cetanil 5mgm BD after she developed hypnatraemia with Telma CT 40 OD and Cetanil10 OD, her Bp keeps fluctuating from 110 /70 to 160-170/ 100-110. Kindly advise .
