Generally people become refractory to medicines one taking for long periods . Means the medicine one taking less affective and some times non affective. It is common.
So one has to increase the dose or change the medicine altogether.
Hence you visit your regular family Doctor (Who knows your case history fully) and take his advise .

Hi
First of all
Proper measurement of blood pressure is important and accordingly you can take medications
As these medications are to be taken life long
you should always consult the same doctor ( mostly someone nearby you)
Lifestyle management is very important to control your blood pressure like salt restrictions, stress management etc
As u r having very high BP and diabetes also.
We have to add some more antihypertensive and have to check ur blood sugar levels also.
To prevent urself from complications of both Diabetes and high BP.
Immediately consult Physician and diabetes expert.
