I seem to be hypersensitive to anything I do in the day and it affects my sleep. If I eat more than even a brownie (in terms of
sugar), I can't sleep until 3am. Occasionally, if I don't go for a dog walk, and do work all day, I won't be able to sleep until my alarm goes off at 6am! Is this a form of insomnia? It's really affecting me during the day, and is really frustrating!
