Hyper pigmentation on cheeks
My sister having pigmentation on cheeks from last 8 months, sometimes it's go darker and sometimes lighter, if she have stress then it goes dark. Can suggest some medications for her as her wedding is in January.

She has melasma on one of the cheek.
On the other cheek, it appears there is redness, has she applied anything?
There are scars also on both the cheeks.
