Hsg 124 no gestational sac
My lmp is 10 jan cycle is 30 to 35 days, 14/1 took upt shows pregnant took scan but no gestational sac and doc told to take HCG which shows 124 .so I am confused what should I do

Bhcg more than hundred confirm pregnancy
Transvaginal scan will pick up a pregnancy only after titers are more than 1000 not before
