1.Anxiety is hyperarousal state of ur Automatic nervous system. It may or may not be triggered by certain stimulus of ur environment. Certainly ,it intrudes the process of ur cognitive function. This intrusion slowly decline ur efforts to be altert, attentive , focused . Ultimately you experience a learning & memory problems. Anxiety also impairs ur judgement and desicion making. Since ur Attention , learning & judgement is hampered ,very easily you loose ur Focus , interest , motivation thus causing distractions and switches ur Focus from one object to another . It gradually effect ur mood , emotions, sleep ,eating , behaviour ,plans of ur life.
2. Addiction can be due to anxiety or can independently exist.
3. Distraction oftenly occurs when your mind has a goal but doesn't have the clarity of steps required to achieve that goal. You must assign ur goals that suits ur lifestyle and personality ,ur choice of goal must reinforce ur motivation rather suppress it. Too tough, vague & big goal often confuse , frustate and induce guilt into you
Next Steps
For uncontrollable anxiety , you must consult a Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist of ur choice and plan a therapy or Medicines or both to get rid of this situation.
Addiction is long topic to discuss in details and need proper intervention and therapy.
For distractions ,Try to meditate simply by focusing ur breathing ( inhale & exhale). The process of it must me slow and deep . Do it mi. for 20 mins daily.

*Make every day small not too easy or too hard goal and clear ur objectives to achieve that goal.
* If you are unable to accomplish daily goal, r
further reduce ur goal's. objectives and. try to complete it. it will reinforce ur motivation.
* Find alternative of ur phone entertainment ,u can start some recreational activities.
* Think and act positive.
* Take an adequate sleep of 8 to 9 hrs not more or less.
* Take a balanced diet.
* Take care.
