My weight is 62 kg and height is 5 feet 2.. I have pcod and have much facial fat and belly fat.. How to reduce both belly fat and facial fat at the same time.. Guide me what to eat.. I have already cut down sugars and less oily food from my diet.. I dont have thyroid

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi go for morning walk or do some yoga .also can combine  with diet.a month or 2 so u will reduce  weight  n can be in shape. Diets are very easy to follow. Can try for 10 days.

Avoid milk and soya products in your diet due to PCOD. If you have milk cravings have 1 cup milk ( include a pinch of Turner) twice in a week. Increase fibre in your diet and drink 3-4 litres water in a day. Maintain meals gaps and increase water intake . include hibiscus tea in your routine it’s good for PCOD.
