Hi I am facing lot of issues due to anxiety and stress .I am not able to handle how to feel better It's like I cannot explain how I am feeling I break down and start crying randomly.i cannot come to any decisions I have anxiety attacks and everything feels like I don't have th motivation for doing anything . every morning I have this self talk and it's all negative thoughts.i am very sensitive and emotional. I have attached a page which says symptoms of depression it's just how I am feeling right now .I want to get help Please suggest me how to go by it ?

Hi I understand  your situation . Your anguish is justified as it has made your vulnerable. But calm down as there is a help to this You are into a depression and anxiety , which can be a temporary phase and several times with right efforts it has vanished . In this state your distress  increases when you don't understand why you are suffering this and how will you come out of this. Here is where a counselor plays a perfect role. A counselor is a person who can understand you completely and also with different psychotherapies and cognitive approaches , they can alleviate your distress and weakness. Approach a counselor Self help tips. Tell yourself the following: 1 . Hey dear, please stop panicking ,you are going to come out if this feeling soon. 2 . I know this feeling bis terrible , blocking me and making me feel too weak but remember dear , this is just a temporary phase .I will overcome this soon 3 . I am a strong person and am gearing to and will be stronger soon. 4 .All these things that I am finding too tough to do right now , soon I am going to do all that with enthusiasm. 5 . Please bear for some time , every moment is healing me but the results will be seen later. 6 . I believe that I will be fine soon. 7 .This illness will never come back again. Nutritive food intake Healthy Food intake plays a good role. Dark green leafy vegetables, berries ,omega3 fatty acids, walnuts, avacado….all these help brain function run smoothly. physical Exercise : releases endorphins,( a chemical that produces feeling of joy ) the body’s very own natural antidepressant. Effective exercising gives an immediate sense of endorphin-induced euphoria. We feel uplifted and clear-headed, an effective  treatment for depression. Certain studies have compared the antidepressant effects of aerobic exercise training to the popular antidepressant medicine sertraline. Exercise stimulates the release of many of the brain chemicals which are in low supply when someone is battling anxiety. Yoga and meditation : Very effective , deep breathing  intakes a good proportion of oxygen in your body and oxygenates the blood cells well thus boosting your mood. Deep breathing also slows down the release of stress hormone . Activate yourself by: 1 . Jogging 30 mins 2 . Call up two friends and initiate talk. 3  .
