How to gain weight
I am 33 years old female my height is 5 feet 4 inches and weight is 40 kg.I have acidity problem and also my digestion is so weak when I did any work I felt tired very soon my leg started paining when I walk about 1 km. I have good appetite but my weight didn't increase.i lost my weight 1 kg.i have digestion problem and acidity and frequent loose motion.i have good appetite but I lost my 2 kg last year and get tired when I did any work. On walking about 1 km I get tired leg start to pain.
