How to cure baby rashes on legs

My baby is 5 months old. She has a peculiar complaint. She gets rashes only on her legs? What can be the reasons for rashes on legs of babies? What should I observe and take care about? I make her wear full clothes only. Can it be treated? What creams should i use?
