How to cure anal fissure at home
I am facing anal fissure badly every time I go for washroom it's smells very badly with dirt smell which surrounds whole house.. I feel shame to go for bathroom 😰and I go for bathroom just after eat food every time. Pls suggest any home remedies or creams. I am a software engineer where i continuosly sit and work for long time. Pls suggest
