Red inflamed itchy anal opening
I am a 33 yrs old male and suffering from itching and mild inflammation near the anal opening. It gets worse after defecation, there is no piles or fissure issue. On applying coconut oil I feel better. It also gets worse when there is sweat. I never had this issue until now. I've been facing it for the last 2 weeks. What to do? Pic attached.
