How to be fit ?
I am an IT student and I want to cut my belly fat and upper hips fat which is becoming too much now a days plus want to increase my stamina. Given that I sleep for min 5 to max 7 hrs and have a glass of milk atleast once a day.I have carbs as my breakfast and lunch and sometimes at evening snack too due to mess and I prefer khichdi n daliya for dinner or else skip dinner. I code till late night so don't have time to exercise in the morning or evening. I am working for a startup so my schedule is quite much n I have a cup of coffee once a day. Fruits and water intake is not as much as needed. At times I feel weak and unhealthy physically which makes me unhealthy mentality too. Please suggest me some diet and routine plans for the same. I am thinking to go for cow urine therapy/Aloe Vera  for my constipation, please suggest which one is better,long lasting and more impactful.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
