If baby is accepting and tolerating feed well
Passing adequate urine
Good cry, activity
No fever or hypothermia
Then we can say baby is fine
If baby is not accepting feed well
Decreased activity or no cry
Not passing urine in 12 hrs
Then we can say baby baby is not good
Or fine
Don't give so much importance to motion
If baby pass 10 motion in 1day or one motion in 7days
Both conditions normal.
