How long should I Exercise as a teen?
I am 16 years old ( female ) and I need to lose at least 15 pounds recommended by my doctor so i lose weight , but I don't know for how long I should workout . Some says 2 hours but I don't know exactly how much is enough ? Thank you .

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.
