How i can burn my belly fats?
From past 2 years i am continuously gaining fats around my thigh and belly .I have also got stretch marks on my arms and thighs. So what should i do to cure myself.please note that I am a student preparing for competitive exams ,so it should not clash with my study.

You hv to work on yourself First get time for morning walk wil make a tremendous change in your life Oxygen wil make your mind allert It wil help you to reduce weight also N then go for high fiber food

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.
