How can i overcome social anxiety?
I have social anxiety since childhood. Although I absolutely enjoy getting to know people, I find it really difficult to start a conversation especially in a group. Since few months I am feeling really sad, tired and ungrateful all the time. My friends tell me that I have stopped smiling. I do not laugh at jokes and I do not talk at all. I feel like I am losing myself! Please help.
