Around menopause,  periods do become irregular, hot flashes and sweating also normal. Fsh is normal,  as per menopause. Get blood pressure and sugar tested. Take iron and calcium supplements,  as requirement increases during menopause.

Your symptoms and reports point clearly towards menopause. FSH above 200 is very high — in menopause, FSH rises sharply as the ovaries stop responding. Combined with no periods for 3 months, irregular cycles for a year, hot flashes and sweating, this is a textbook menopause picture. At 43, this would be considered early menopause (or premature ovarian insufficiency), which is important to address properly. Please see a gynecologist soon. They will check your estradiol and LH levels along with FSH to confirm, and then discuss whether Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is right for you. HRT can significantly help with hot flashes, sleep disturbances, and protects your bones and heart long term. In the meantime, avoid triggers for hot flashes: spicy food, alcohol, hot beverages, and stress. Wear light breathable clothing and keep the room cool. Start Calcium + Vitamin D supplements as estrogen loss leads to bone thinning. Do not ignore this — early menopause without management can increase risk of osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease.
