Your urine report confirms a urinary tract infection (UTI), which is causing the burning sensation while urinating. This needs a proper antibiotic course — ideally after a urine culture to identify the right antibiotic. Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 liters daily) and avoid holding urine. Regarding the hot flashes — at age 42-43, these are most commonly a sign of perimenopause, the hormonal transition phase before menopause. The two issues are separate and both need attention.
Next Steps
See a doctor for a urine culture report and appropriate antibiotic prescription for the UTI. Also consult a gynecologist to assess hormonal status for the hot flashes. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

You have urinary tract infection. Motile bacteria is seen means it's active urine infection. 1. Give your urine for culture and sensitivity 2. You need to start antibiotics immediately 3. Your history doesn't provide if you are diabetic or not. You had previous UTI or not. Please consult me on practo for further management
Next Steps
hydrate well

You have severe uti. Get urine culture and drug sensitivity done and share results. Take tab cefi'xime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5 days Syp neeri 5m.l., 3 times daily for a week. Drink more water. Hot flushes occur due to hormonal changes around menopause.  If not very troublesome,  ignore them, they will settle in few weeks to months. Take iron and calcium supplements for a month or 2.

The urine report is suggestive of UTI (plenty of pus cells and bacteria seen). Please increase fluid intake and get a urine culture & sensitivity test done. Antibiotic selection should ideally be based on culture results. Hot flashes may be due to perimenopausal changes.
