Feeling like releasing hot air from ear and Throat. Having Thorat dryness and feel like sore in the food pipe and gastric issues and pain in stomach and upper abdomen on right ribs too after eating and mild motion problem.Is it ulcer? Or gastric issues. No fever cough or anythg.
