This is wound infection.she needs to be examined and requires antibiotics and dressing.Regarding vaginal bleeding she should be advised treatment after examining her.
So basically the healing isnt propper, since she has pus we need to send the report for pus culture, find out abt the infection and then treat it with antibiotics
For all of this examination is a must
Also for the vaginal foul smelling, we really need to examine
The foul smelling vaginal bleeding needs to be examined
Blood nevertheless has a foul smell
The two holes in the scar could be because of poor approximation
The pus discharge could be because of infection
Rather than worrying about the future she needs to take care of her present problem
She needs to meet a doctor in person for examination
May be its infected
Has to examined directly , need to send pus culture sensitivity
After examining if needed will start antibiotics or sometimes if wound gaping is more even daily dressing and secondary suturing might b needed
