HIp pain (groin pain)
I am a fast bowler. Whenever i am going to bowl, after delivering few balls my left leg side of hip started to paining very badly (can't walk or jogging after the pain). My hamstring muscle is not very strong. Please tell me about it causes and treatment. Thank you

U need to visit a Physio for ur hamstring muscle strengthening and more over groin pain u just keep a cold pack over it and try to do gentle massage with a volini gel mild stretching exercises for the hip adductor will relieve ur pain or have a ultrasound treatment
