HighBP and Pain on right side in 1 area

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I'm 26 and I have a history of highBP and used to take a beta blocker for it but haven't taken it in 3 years. Recently I've been having frequent spells where my BP gets up a bit and when it does I get a bad pain behind the right side of the bridge of my nose and and the corner of my eye and brow line and its sore to the touch extremely painful. Should I be worried I'm scared it's an aneurysm

You should get regular bp check, document it. Also get your kidney function test, ecg ,echo and mri brain. One ultrasound kub required to rule out any renal cause of hypertension at this age
