My vitamin D3 was 16.5 took 3 6L architol injection Vitamin D3 goes to 96 an calcium 9.3 which under limit is think...however after 3 injection I have developed pain in my whole body which jumble every where... Plzz help me should how should I bring d3 below how to tackle with pain??Is this bcoz taking high does quickly?? Will this lead to kidney damage..I can't bear this pain?? Plzzzzz help
