If after 25mcg it is 7.39 then advice to add 25mcg and tested after a month positively

With TSH of 7.39 if you have symptoms of hypothyroidism like constipation, hair loss, putting on more weight then you need to consult and increase the dose as per guidelines.

Tab. Thyronorm should be taken as soon as you wake up empty stomach, and after 1/2 hour you can take your routine tea or breakfast.
