High triglycerides can be due to extra sugars, ghee, alcohol the previous meal. Diabetes n thyroid disorders can also increase triglycerides so you should get your FBS and TSH tested too

You need to do therapeutic lifestyle changes
-Saturated fat less than 7% of total calorie intake
( ghee, butter, cheese)
-Cholesterol < 200mg per day
-Total dietary fat < 30%
Of total calories
-Poly unsaturated fats < 10% ( oils )
-Trans fat 0
- Increase fibre intake
- Water intake 4-5 litres/ day
- Increased planned physical activity
- Incase of smoking/ alcohol stop it completely
And after following this strictly repeat the test after 6 weeks
