High RBC and low MCV
Dear Doctors, I have B12 deficiency as I'm a pure veg and my RBC is always down since 3 years and doctor asked me to go through the Vit B12 & Ferrtain test...B12 is very much down & Ferrtain level was normal. Im taking injection for vit B12 deficiency as doctor suggested and took 6 doses in 6 months Now I repeated the cbc and report shows -RBC level is high ( 6.03) Border level is 5.50 MCV is 81.10 and border level is 83. Lymphocytes 3.04 and border level is 3.0 ( attached reports FYR - First attachment is today's report & Second report is During my covid time) Now pls explain me why RBC is high and MCV is low. its a request My doctor is out of town. Request your help and suggestions
