I’ve reviewed your CBC:
Next Steps
• Confirm iron status: – Serum ferritin (most important) • Start (if confirmed or clinically suspected): – Iron supplementation (after doctor advice) • Repeat CBC after 4–6 weeks • No need for panic or advanced tests right now
Health Tips
• Iron-rich diet: – Green leafy vegetables, jaggery, dates, legumes • Take vitamin C (lemon) with meals → improves iron absorption • Avoid tea/coffee immediately after meals • MPV/PLCR alone are not dangerous markers ⚠️ When to worry: • Persistent high WBC • Very low Hb • Unexplained weight loss/fever ⸻

Slight variation is normal.you have mildly iron deficiency and lymphocytes counts also elevated due to recent ongoing infection. No worry its manageable. Iron deficiency is well managed by improve diet habit.intake of more green vegetables.

Mild changes only—platelet count is normal, MPV/PLCR high means larger platelets (often reactive, not serious). Lymphocytes slightly high, can be due to recent infection. Hemoglobin slightly low with low MCV/MCH → likely mild iron deficiency. No major concern. Check iron profile (ferritin), improve diet/iron intake, and repeat CBC after 4–6 weeks. Please consult me for proper evaluation and treatment.
